Booking Department
Your first contact will be with our booking department. They will listen to your queries and arrange an appointment for you to speak with the most appropriate planner.

Planning Department
Our Planning department will organize the relevant next steps and suggest some solutions for your circumstances. They will explain your options thoroughly and then, if you wish to move forward, arrange a consultation with a technician.

Administration
A member of our estate planning administration department will call you to discuss in detail the previous suggestions to ensure that you have the maximum protection and a full understanding of the benefits.

They will overlook and organise your paperwork and send this over to our legal advisors for final approval.
