CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel your agreement with Henceforth Ltd within 14 days of the date of your agreement. If you cancel within this period you will not be required to make a payment or if you have already made a payment a full refund will be due.

If you have opted for your documents to be expedited you will have agreed at the time (recorded) that you waive the right to the 14 day cancelation on those documents only. Any others that are not included in that agreement will still have the 14 day cancellation term attached to them. 

 

You are also able to cancel later than 14 days after the date of your agreement, however fees may be charged.

 

Provided we have not commenced compiling documentation following your initial instructions, or incurred disbursement fees, there will be a fixed cancellation fee to cover the administration costs.

 

If all our work has been completed in accordance with your initial instructions, and documentation issued, then our policy is that no refunds will be made and the initially agreed fees are due.

 

If our work has not been completed in accordance with our agreement then we shall estimate the cost of work undertaken to date and reserve the right to charge that estimate plus any disbursement costs incurred.
